Early Intervention Clinic
The HIV Early Intervention Clinic offers primary care and HIV specialty clinical services and is located at the Durham County Department of Public Health. Services offered include adult medical examination, evaluation and treatments, laboratory, mental health and substance abuse counseling, immunizations, TB testing, health education, nutrition assessment and counseling, medical case management, medication adherence, and assistance with obtaining prescribed medications. Referrals are made for specialty medical care, dental care, x-ray, family planning, housing benefits, food and clothing pantry, HIV case management, and legal assistance.

919-560-7726 to schedule an appointment. The first visit will be an intake only visit. The second appointment will be with a medical provider.
