Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Lincoln CHC has a very limited supply of Moderna COVID19 vaccine for our patients

We are following state and federal guidelines, and at this time are vaccinating established Lincoln patients age 65 and older (people seen as a patient at Lincoln since January 1, 2019).

We have been reaching out by phone to patients (oldest first) to offer vaccine appointments and will continue to do this.  If you receive a message from us regarding vaccination and are interested, please call us back at 919-956-4034.

If you are not an established Lincoln patient but are age 65 or older,
you may try calling Duke at 919-385-0429 (select option 2)
or Durham County Health Department at 919-560-4357 to request a vaccination appointment.
However, vaccine supplies are very limited and you may be placed on a wait list. Another option would be to go to the website YourSpotYourShot
for a list of vaccination sites throughout North Carolina.
