Provide administrative support to the CEO in the areas of: general office organization; preparation of administrative reports and other types of paperwork; policy and procedures; and other administrative tasks as directed. Provide administrative support to other departments and programs as directed.
KNOWLEDGE /EXPERIENCE/ EDUCATION
The position requires excellent computer technology skills to include intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Power Point and Excel. Teamwork, organization, customer service and communication skills are a must. A working knowledge of grant preparation and ability to prioritize work assignments is needed. Attention to detail and ability to use discretion pertaining to confidentiality is essential. Organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing is required. The ability to apply to apply policies and procedures to multiple situations is required.
Three to five years of experience as a staff assistant, administrative assistant or related position required.
Graduation from high school supplemented with college level coursework in office technology or business administration. Associate’s Degree preferred.
