Mid-Level Practitioner

(Family Medicine)

OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY

Provides medical services under the direct supervision of the physician and delivers primary health care to patients, as well as fulfilling such duties as assessment, planning, teaching and counseling. Provide supervisory and administrative support for the program.

QUALIFICATIONS

Thorough medical knowledge within the scope of the Mid-level profession. Excellent assessment skills. Ability to manage and work in a diverse environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Must have a current license to practice in the State of North Carolina. Certification in designated field required. Minimum of one (1) year experience as a Mid-level Provider required. Bilingual Preferred.
